Since all cases are fact sensitive, no attorney can predict the likelihood or amount of any final settlement. As lawyers, we will advance all reasonable expenses required to prosecute your claim. If and when your case results in a settlement, you will be responsible to repay all or a shared portion of such costs advanced by your attorneys. By virtue of your claim being considered a Mass Tort Claim, it is anticipated that legal services pertaining to your claim may likely be performed by another participating law firm, which will not affect your final portion of a settlement.
